The online ordering worked well, and I called to add to our order. They were so courteous and kind. They initiated a call to our older cousin to see if she had a cat and to arrange a delivery time that worked for her. Given she is 90 and we live out of state, I really appreciated this!! The recipient said the flowers are really lovely and was very pleased. Thank you.
