I live across the country and ordered flowers for a friend who lives locally. They went above and beyond to make sure someone was home to receive the flowers so they wouldn’t wilt in the heat. I so appreciated that attention to detail and customer service!

Deborah was very responsive and accommodating to my request. I'm very pleased with the service and highly recommend their service.

The online ordering worked well, and I called to add to our order. They were so courteous and kind. They initiated a call to our older cousin to see if she had a cat and to arrange a delivery time that worked for her. Given she is 90 and we live out of state, I really appreciated this!! I live overseas and found their website super easy to use, and more importantly it accepts foreign billing addresses. No need for me to have to ring up from a time zone 15 hours ahead of Boston to give my card details over the phone just to be able to place an order.

I am thrilled to have found a reliable florist like Cody Floral Design. What I ordered and paid for is exactly what my parents received. The arrangement was beautiful! Cody Floral Designs went above and beyond to make sure my mom got the unique and special flowers I ordered online, even though they didn't have the beautiful calla lilies in stock. Cody Floral contacted me to let me know they were trying to find the flowers I wanted, and they offered several creative alternatives if they were unable to procure the desired calla lilies. The staff was so kind, and made me feel that finding these flowers for my mom today was the most important thing to them. I so appreciate the time it must've taken them and for the ongoing communication with me. Fortunately, they were able to find the long stem calla lilies for my mom. My mom told me the flowers are "beautiful, different, and make an incredible statement". She sent me a photo of them and said they were the most beautiful flowers! I posted the picture on my social media page, and I would highly recommend Cody Floral to anyone looking for stunningly gorgeous flowers and a staff who truly cares. Thank you!

The flowers were wonderful as expected. The customer service was absolutely the best! The recipient was out of town for a couple of days. Cody called me to let me know of the delivery delay and then delivered the flowers late on a Friday afternoon before a long weekend. Kind, caring, and professional. Cody is wonderful.
